Better Living Today

Most often, we can trace life’s defining moments to a big decision. However, even a small insignificant choice can spark a major defining moment for us.

All day we function in the realm of words. Do you know that story or rhyme about a little boy that includes these words: “When he was good, he was very, very good and when he was bad he was horrid?” We can say the same about words, can’t we? When they are good, they are very, very good, and when they are bad they are downright destructive.

Are you making up excuses to explain why you don’t change your life? Why you don’t take the required steps?

Every now and then, I attempt to stretch my comfort zone. I decided to write something about love. I thought I’d set aside the usual slant of my pieces and let the topic take me where it will. I eased in the zone and went with the flow and this is where the session took me.
